Dey Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Dey service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Dey is a tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing personal growth and learning through AI-powered companionship. Our service is available through our website and mobile applications.

3.1. You must create an account to use certain features of our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use or access the Dey service under any circumstances.

4.1. Dey offers two subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $14.99 per month
• Annual Plan: $149.99 per year

4.2. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

4.3. We reserve the right to change our fees or billing methods at any time. We will provide notice of any price change at least 30 days in advance.

You agree not to:

• 5.1. Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• 5.2. Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
• 5.3. Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code.
• 5.4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our service, other accounts, or computer systems.

6.1. The Dey service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dey and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of our content in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by us.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes at least 30 days in advance.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
